1. Create a Collection Page for Each Person, Each Family, and Each Family Line / Surname How would one ideally present the "best memories" for any person? They'd give them their own collection page, of course. And what about a Family's best memories? These don't belong to just one person; they need their own page, and we provide it. And the extended Family line? We allow you a special collection page to present any family line's multi-generational story and history.

2. Navigate to Memories via the Family Tree If you were to create a "nested folder" or "nested-album-based" collection, Youmight know where to dive deep to view hidden albums and find your memories, but would others be able to find them? Our conclusion: a family tree interface, bypassing at least two levels of nested folders, is a must for any family collection.

3. Link to Any Media Type or Document in Most Any Cloud Site We wanted no limits on the types of media and documents you could archive or where you could store them.
Beyond digital photos and photo albums you can archive home movies, audio recordings, journals, digital copies of scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, stories, ebooks, blogs, slide shows, etc.
And use just one cloud site or many to best organize the media you have. MyFamilyArchive brings it all together by linking each 3rd-party media or document item to an individual or family page in your collection.
Choose the cloud sites you want to use and MyFamilyArchive acts as a "Hub" to bring all your media and documents together.
4. Share Your Collection and assign Guest Viewing and Editing Permissions Your memories are assigned one of three levels of privacy and you grant viewing permissions accordingly. If a guest does not have permission to view a given album, they won't even see it on the collection page.
You can also grant Editing Permissions as either "None", "Add Content (but no changes or deletions)"; or "Full Edit" permissions to anyone you share with.
5. Search Your Collection by Term or by Person Every word you enter into a linked item's Title or Description becomes searchable. And descriptions can be as long or detailed as you wish.
